3 Months Old.......

Here are some pictures of my 3 month old baby Sterling. He is getting so big. He is such a happy baby, and every morning, he wakes up with a huge smile on his face and greets me with a ton of "ahgoo" and "goo" sounds. He squeeks when he smiles too, he is a cute pie for sure.....(well at least I think so!)
He is at that stage where he constantly wants to be held, don't get me wrong I love holding him, but sometimes my arms get tired. I finally have his accustomed to the Moby Wrap, he loves it, because he gets to be close to me, and I love it because my hands are free. Sterling still does not sleep through the night, he will go to bed around 9-10pm, sleep for 4 hours (sometimes 4 1/2) then wake up every 1 to 1 1/2 hours, that part is exhausting.
I try to keep him awake as much as I can during the day, but if he gets too cranky, well I let him take his naps. Usually during the morning he will take a good 1 to 2 hour nap, during that time I have been working out. Its helping me gain some much needed energy.
Sterling likes hearing music, and riding in the car. He especially likes riding in the car and listening to music at the same time. I have also noticed he likes to look at my dog Julian. He just watches him intently and follows him with his eyes. Julian is pretty entertaining to him. Sterling also loves his brother and sisters. Tolkien loves holding him and carrying him around. Sterling wakes up Ara in the morning with his charming smile and voice. He loves talking to Ara and loves it when Ara bounces his legs around in play. Sterling really likes Emma's voice, since its so high pitched naturally. She has been especially helpful with Sterling during bath time. She helps me wash him, lotion him, and has recently learned to put on his diaper. I am so happy that the older kids love him so much. He is going to really look up to them.

Sterling has another appointment with his urologist at the beginning of next month. I would be surprised if things look bad. She did say that things had improved...so we really are hoping that things still look good for him and his kidney.

He had a 2 month check up last week (yes it was a little late) and he is weighing in at 11 lbs 15 oz. He also got shots and was so unhappy :( Poor guy....He got over it pretty quick and didn't have any issues when we got home, or the days following.....
